Campioni is an exclusive location in the heart of Tuscany, on hill full of olive trees. It overlooks Montecatini Terme and the whole Val di Nievole, framed between the medieval villages of Buggiano and Colle.

“Borgo di Campioni” is part of an old seventeenth-century farmhouse, finely restructured into a refined Casale, where tradition and modern comforts are perfectly harmonized, with the aim of creating an ideal dimension for anyone in search of relaxing holidays, just a few minutes away from the lights of the SPA city of Montecatini.

To celebrate the first 10 years anniversary from the restructuring of Borgo di Campioni, the villa has been restyled, to valorize the quality and the functionality of interior finishings.

And in 2021 “Borgo” has been enriched by “Il Belvedere di Gino”, a  structure which has been completely renewed respecting eco-friendly concepts, without modifying its original charm.

Il Belvedere di Gino

From the old ruin of 1617 to today’s eco-friendly structure… a long and very beautiful journey, with one main actor: the breathtaking view overlooking Valdinievole valley!

Il “Belvedere di Gino” is divided into two independent structures, which guarantee privacy and, at the same time, moments of conviviality.

The two structures can accommodate 10 persons in 5 comfortable bedrooms.

Il Casale

Il “Casale” is the ideal structure for people looking for privacy, relax, comfort and… “Tuscanity”, just less than one hour drive from Florence, Pisa, Lucca and from the beaches of Versilia.

There is also an outdoor kitchen, fully equipped, adjacent to a panoramic terrace, just close to the gardens of citrus fruits and aromatic herbs.

The structure can accommodate 10 persons in 5 comfortable bedrooms.
