Il Belvedere di Gino

Gino, the old owner, was the first to get struck by the view from via Campioni 18, to the point of leaving the comfortable life of the city center and moving up on this hill, living over 100 years! He used to say that the view was not only breathtaking but also “eye relaxing“.

After restructuring of the old farmhouse, in the early 1980s, the property was constantly enriched with passion year after year, until the major restoration in 2021. During the last six months it was transformed into an exclusive and nature friendly place, equipped with the most modern comforts.

Today “Il Belvedere di Gino” is divided into two independent structures, which guarantee privacy and, at the same time, moments of conviviality.

The main building (190 mq + 30 mq patio) can accommodate 6 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, in the large kitchen and in the dining-living rooms, there are two stone fireplaces, very useful for warming up the winter evenings.

On the first floor, there are a twin bedroom and two double bedrooms, one with the bathroom en-suite and a “king-size” bed.

The adjacent loft (95 mq), surrounded by citrus fruits, is suitable to accommodate 4 people in 2 comfortable bedrooms. The “open-space” living area was designed to make our guests feel inside nature and to enhance the panoramic view.

On the same floor, there are the twin bedroom and the “king-size” bedroom, with the bathroom en-suite.
