The spacious living area, with direct access to the garden, includes a lounge-diner room with fireplace and a relaxation room with a second fireplace, a smart TV and a small English library. Here, guests also have access to some gymnastic equipment, that can be used both indoors and outdoors, in the garden.
The chestnut wooden kitchen, fully equipped, has a big table to accommodate all the Villa’s guests. The utility area ground floor has a small toilet with a washing-dryer machine.
The bedrooms are distinguished by their different colors.
The orange bedroom on the ground floor, with an en-suite bathroom, can comfortably accommodate guests with disabilities.
The outdoor spaces include a second kitchen with a barbecue, adjacent to the panoramic terrace, and a large pool area.
The fenced-in 12x6m pool is equipped with a shower, sun loungers, and an outdoor lounge area shaded by a pergola. The pool house includes a bathroom, wheelchair-accessible, and a dressing room.
The pool water is heated by solar panels, which can raise the temperature by a few degrees, weather permitting.
